24 Kilates และ Mizuno แบรนด์กีฬาจากประเทศญี่ปุ่นขอเสนอผลงานชิ้นดุแห่งปี นำแรงบันดาลใจจาก “King Cobra” หรือ “งูจงอาง” หนึ่งในอสรพิษพื้นถิ่นของประเทศไทยมาออกแบบลงบน “Wave Rider 1” ตำนานรองเท้าวิ่งจากปี 1998 ที่ Mizuno นำกลับมาผลิตใหม่อีกครั้งในโปรเจ็คพิเศษ “KAZOKU” ซึ่งจะเป็นการรวมรองเท้ารุ่นดังในอดีตของแบรนด์กลับมาผลิตใหม่ในแบบ Limited Edition ร่วมกับร้านรองเท้าชั้นนำของโลก
ในรุ่นนี้ 24 Kilates ลอกคราบความน่าเกรงขามของวัสดุลายหนังงู (faux snakeskin) มาออกแบบลงบน Wave Rider 1 แบบดั้งเดิม ได้อารมณ์แบบรองเท้ากีฬากลางยุค 90’s ด้วยผ้าตาข่าย Mesh อันคลาสสิก ร่วมด้วยวัสดุที่ให้สัมผัสที่น่าสนใจอย่างหนังกลับ และวัสดุสะท้อนแสง ผสมผสานเข้าด้วยกันผ่านคู่สีน้ำเงิน, แดง และทอง พร้อมยังสะท้อนเทคโนโลยีรองรับแรงกระแทก Wave อันโด่งดังของ Mizuno
24 Kilates x Mizuno Wave Rider 1 ‘King Kobra’ จะออกวางจำหน่ายที่ร้าน 24 Kilates บาเซโลน่า และกรุงเทพฯ ในวันเสาร์ที่ 27 ตุลาคม 2018 นี้ และจะออกวางจำหน่ายในตัวแทน Mizuno ระดับ KAZOKU ทั่วโลกในอีก 2 สัปดาห์ถัดไป
Following the Kazoku program, 24 Kilates teams up with Mizuno honoring the exotic reptile King Cobra (Ophiophagus hannah), paying respect to one of the most tough and fascinating animals on earth, well known on our second motherland, Thailand.
This collaboration re-works the Wave Rider 1 silhouette, an open mesh base is topped with faux snakeskin highlighting the design lines, mixed with premium suede parts and reflective details. Combining classic athletic colors as navy, red and gold leaded by the reptile natural range of tones. Keeping a classic white sole, a tribute to the running silhouette of the mid 90’s.
24 Kilates x Mizuno Wave Rider 1 ‘King Kobra’ will be available in 24 Kilates stores from the 27th of October onwards, and will be globally launched two weeks after into the other Kazoku accounts.
