On April 10, 1990, hip hop changed forever. Boomboxes everywhere were blasting the freshly dropped “Fear of a Black Planet”, Public Enemy’s renowned third album. Every track tackled complex social issues, like racism in America, and empowered the black community. It would inspire countless artists and is even archived in the Library of Congress. To honor the album and shout out PUMA’s place in hip hop history, we’ve teamed up with Def Jam to bring you a custom pair of Public Enemy Clydes complete with the album name and logo.
